Rosenbach Residential Complex, consisting of 64 residential units designed for low energy consumption (21 kWh/mq.a – class A). Mixed structure: bearing structure in reinforced concrete, vertical buttresses in prefabricated wood. Floors completely in wood. Facade lining with panels in fibre cement and fir boards, green roof, tinwork.
